Shipping policy

All Items will be Shipped at a maximum of Two working days and will be ready for delivery within Four working days (excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. In the unlikely event an item has since gone out of stock we will notify you ASAP and either refund you for the whole item or partially refund you towards the whole order if there are several items ordered, as per your requirements.  In the unlikely event of this happening we may also issue a GOGW (gesture of goodwill).

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given accurate information for contact and delivery.  It is also your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be accepted at the address provided.

if you require a change in address you must notify ourselves within the first 24 hours so that our records can be updated before the information is provided to our courier
